Receiving

Upon the arrival of every device at our facility, items are  inspected, counted and assigned a unique barcode for ease of tracking and management throughout our refurbishing process.

Quality Control

Each device is tested via a 72 point rigorous and advanced testing procedure ensuring 100% functionality as well as safe data clearance.

Cleaning

We adhere to a meticulous process of sanitization and cleaning for each and every device that we handle. This procedure ensures that the device is not only sanitary, but also optimized for performance and longevity. We can confidently say our customers will receive a product  that meets and exceeds their expectations.

Grading

Each device undergoes a strict grading process by sorting items based on their cosmetic features allowing us to have merchandise for all types of customers and markets.
 

Packaging

 
The device is is then given a protective film to guard the unit during shipping, and put into our four-colored custom packaging, as well as kitted with proper certified accessories. We can also ship units HSO (Handset Only) upon Request.

Shipping

Our organized and technology forward facility allows us to ship out most orders within the same day, and all orders within 24 hours.
